SPECTATOR ADMISSION: An all-event admission price of $15 (adults) and $10 (students, military and
senior citizens) is good for all Saturday performances. Friday middle school admission is $10 (adults) and
$7 (students, military, and senior citizens). Children younger than 5 are admitted free of charge. Please
communicate this information with parents in advance. We will be equipped to accept credit and debit
cards this year for both admissions and concessions. There is a $5 minimum charge.
PARKING: Due to the large amount of people that will be in and out of the school throughout the day, it
is recommended that spectators carpool to Omaha North if possible.
There are parking lots on the east, southeast, and southwest sides of North High.
Additionally, parking along 36 th Street and 37 th Street is a possibility. A map of Omaha North’s campus with parking areas.

CONCESSIONS: Breakfast items, pizza, hot dogs, sub sandwiches, other dinner items, drinks and desserts
will be sold in the Viking Center, directly next to the auditorium, for your convenience. No food or drink
will be allowed in the auditorium or MPC at any time. The Viking Center will be selling concessions
throughout the evening to accommodate for groups making finals.
*Typically, concessions are higher priced than other competitions. You will want at least $20 extra than you normally bring.

Café Urbandalé
Our Performing Arts Booster Club provides an excellent food court for competing schools and their fans. Please plan to eat at our event. Credit/Debit transactions are accepted! All Directors and Assistant Directors are provided with a food pass for unlimited use in our café throughout the day. Please do not bring food from outside our building into the school.
Homerooms
No food and drink (excluding water) are allowed in home rooms. Please use ONLY blue painters tape (available from your host) should you wish to hang something on the walls. Home rooms must be left as found. We ask groups to clean home rooms before the awards presentations with the trash bag provided in your director packet. Damaged property will be billed to your school district. Home rooms can be locked by a hall monitor prior to leaving for warmup.
Penalty for having food and drink in homerooms: Ineligibility for finals or awards.

Please note: students are required to stay at Northwest throughout the competition day and finals.
Students will need to be picked up after final awards which are scheduled to end around 9pm. Please make arrangements with your student.

Please inform your student choirs to tell family and friends that are attending to enter through the “Auditorium” entrance. Entrance 11 . If the public enters through the main west doors (Entrance 1,2, or 3) – they will be on the wrong side of the school and will need to go to either the northwest or east entrance.
Admission is $15 for adults for all day. Senior citizens (65+) and students (K-12) are $10. Children 5 years and under are free. Admission after 6:00 is $7.

We continue to have surprised and angry parents when they find out that they must pay to watch these performances, even if they only plan to watch one group. We will be equipped to accept credit and debit cards for both admissions and concessions.
DIRECTIONS TO WESTSIDE: Westside High School is located at 87th and Pacific St. If you are traveling from out of town from the west, you will take the I-680 North Exit off of I-80. Take the Pacific St. exit and turn right. Pacific will lead you straight to the school. Westside High School will be on your right. Follow the signs into the unloading area on 89th St. If coming from the east, take the 72nd Street exit from I-80 and travel north to Pacific St. Turn left on Pacific St. and follow it to 89th St. If coming from the north, take the I-680 exit off of I-29. Follow it to Pacific Street and turn left onto Pacific which will lead you directly to the school.
PARKING: is always an adventure at Westside. There are several athletic events happening throughout the day of the competition. The east lot on 87th St. will be available for show choir parking, but will fill up quite rapidly. Observers may also park in the west lot, at Coram Deo Church or Christ the King Church (located one block north of Countryside Village). There is some street parking available. One of our parking volunteers will be around to assist people looking for spots.
CONCESSIONS: There is no reason to leave the building for a meal when you have veterans on our concessions team who have restaurant and culinary institute backgrounds. They can't wait to make you something fresh, from the homemade breakfast burrito to their incredible pulled pork. Of course, you can count on your favorite standard fare to be available as well, including Valentino's Pizza and pasta dinners. A variety of reasonably priced food items will be available throughout the day for your convenience. Gluten free options are also available.

SPECTATOR PARKING/ENTRANCE

On street parking is available on 14th St. on the south side of the high school and along the athletic fields to the west.
Spectators may enter either by the main entrance at the top of the circle drive on the south side of Hastings High School or by the northeast entrance where groups will check in.
CONCESSIONS: There is no reason to leave the building for a meal when you have the best of Hastings coming to you. Everything from the pizza, to the incredible smoked meats of Mean Bone BBQ, as well as a wide variety of other reasonably-priced food items will be available throughout the day for your convenience.

A couple of additional notes as you prepare your performers and fans for PRIMETIME:
Admission prices: $10 Students, $15 Adults
We accept both cash and card at the admission table and in concessions.
Concessions will be open for early breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the entire day.
We will not have an ATM at the event, but please bring cash for the FAN FAVORITE award. This award will be given to the ensemble with the most fan votes during daytime awards!
